10 Arts is located in the beautiful marble lobby of a former bank turned Ritz-Carlton hotel, which makes a lovely setting for a relaxing meal.
Eric Ripert (of Le Bernadin) is executive chef, but Jennifer Carroll is the Chef de Cuisine. For, those who missed the 2009 series of Top Chef, “Jen” was one of the last 5 chef-testants.
The lunch menu is creative and fun. For example, a Philly Cheesesteak is offered.
Okay, so it’s not your average cheese steak. This version is served with top knotch ingredients and there is no risk of grease running down your arm as you try to eat it.
A similarly delicious tuna burger with fennel slaw hits the spot without being heavy.
The lunch menu is rounded out with several other sandwiches, salads and soups. A rabbit paillard and steak frites are offered for those wanting a more traditional meal.
